The benefits of carrots for the skin are obvious, as the vegetable is rich in vitamin A and other antioxidants that prevent various skin problems and help to maintain a healthy skin.

Carrots help keep your skin glowing thanks to its high levels of vitamin C and antioxidants, that can protect your skin cells from free radical damage that can result from exposure to certain chemicals, smoking, pollution, radiation, and normal metabolism. Vitamin C in carrots stimulates the production of collagen in the body. Collagen is essential for maintaining skins elasticity. This type of protein helps prevent wrinkles and slows down the aging process. An effective way to reduce scars/spots , as they are rich in beta-carotene, a nutrient that is converted to vitamin A in the body. Similarly, vitamin A, as an antioxidant, attacks free radicals to prevent signs of aging such as wrinkles, pigmentation and uneven skin tone.

    Apply to clean skin with fingertips. You can also moisten a cotton pad or use it as a spray.

    Do-it-yourself skin care:

    Add 5-10% of the extract to your favorite moisturizer , cream or cleansing milk . (For example, 100 ml of cream and 5-10 ml of extract)

    Use as a mask :

    Moisten a cotton mask with the extract and apply to the areas that need intensive care. Leave for 5-10 minutes
